Terms & Conditions

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law LAS (“Larkins Automotive Services”) shall not be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses or damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or loss of business) arising out of or relating in any way to the services provided by LAS (“Larkins Automotive Services”).
  2. The customer shall pay all charges due within 28 days of the date of the applicableĀ invoice.
  3. Performing a diagnostic scan does not guarantee that:
    1. a problem will be identified; or
    2. LAS (“Larkins Automotive Services”) can immediately repair or fix any problems identified.
  4. By agreeing to a diagnostic scan the client acknowledges that the scan only assists with diagnosing a fault and that further investigative work may be required and such work may incur additional cost.
  5. In the event that LAS (“Larkins Automotive Services”) has removed any wheels from a vehicle the customer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to ensure the tightness of wheel nuts after 20 miles.
  6. Once the customer has confirmed that LAS (“Larkins Automotive Services”) should place an order for a part or parts, the customer agrees that they are liable for the cost of such part or parts.
  7. In the event that non-returnable parts are purchased and fitted to any vehicle, no refund is available for either parts or labour.
  8. The customer acknowledges that a pre-MOT inspection does not guarantee an MOT pass.
